Click the ㅁ Agree button at the bottom of the contents of consent to use of dormant deposit inquiry and payment application service, consent to collection and use of personal information, and provision of personal credit to third parties
Choose the part that is right for you, either as an individual or as a corporation. If you are an individual, enter your resident registration number, and if you are a corporation, enter your business registration number. Then, click the OK button to authenticate with the public certificate.

Check your dormant deposit account details at the bottom. And if necessary, you can print the confirmation of dormant deposit contribution, and you can apply for the payment of the dormant deposit and donation of your choice.
To inquire details here, click the inquiry button in the detailed inquiry on the far right of the account selection for payment application.
After checking the details, press the ‘Apply’ button to automatically move to the dormant deposit payment/donation application page.
After that, when you go to the dormant deposit payment application window, select either payment to your account or donation and click the OK button.
If you click Apply for Payment, select the destination to transfer the dormant deposit to. Just enter your account information. Enter your name, phone number, address, financial company (bank name) and account number, then click OK.
Check the details of the payment/donation application you will receive in Find Dormant Deposits. Carefully read the date of receipt, account information, application amount, the account to be deposited, and the account holder.
After you have done one of two types of mobile phone authentication and ARS authentication, you can finally receive a public certificate authentication.
