If a company that supports food expenses pays with a personal card and submits a receipt, I think the most common case is to return it.
So, even when you really need to keep your receipts, sometimes you forget them. If it is near you, you can go directly to the place to get a reissued receipt. However, even if you can walk, it is common to feel inconvenient if it is a little far away. In that case, you can reissue the receipt online and submit it.
Reissuing the receipt (Shinhan Card website)
Since I am using Shinhan Card, I will use Shinhan Card as an example. First, go to the website and log in. Then go to the following path.
After logging in to the Shinhan Card website → My → Card usage history 삼성카드 영수증

When you move, the card usage history [sales slip] inquiry screen appears. Select the card you paid with (credit or debit card) here. When you scroll down, you will see all the card usage history for the selected period. Here, tap on the transaction for which you need a receipt.

Then you can check the receipt/payment history. You can print this and submit it. This sales slip can also be saved as a PDF file, so save it as a PDF file and send it unless you absolutely have to print it out.
