It is a table showing the subjects of the 1st and 2nd tests for housing managers. The first subject includes accounting principles, an introduction to apartment facilities, and civil law, and the second subject includes housing management related laws and apartment management practices. Both the first and second subjects are given 50 minutes of exam time for each subject. The first is multiple choice, and the second is a mixture of multiple choice and short answer.
Housing Manager Examination Subjects
The first test consists of three subjects: accounting principles, introduction to apartment facilities, and civil law. Each subject is 50 minutes, and multiple choice 5-point multiple choice. The criteria for passing the first test must be at least 60 points on average for three subjects. However, if a score of 40 points or less for one subject, the other two subjects will be rejected even if they are high.

The second test will be conducted in two subjects: housing management related laws and apartment management practice. The second test will also include multiple-choice questions, short-answer questions, and entry-type questions. The second test should also have an average score of 60 or more for two subjects, the same as the first test. If even one subject has a score of 40 or less, it will be rejected as a failure.

In addition, the second test will be processed by only the number of successful candidates determined by the Korea Human Resources Development Corporation in the order of high scores among those with an average score of 60 or more.

In other words, the first test is absolute evaluation, and the second test is relative evaluation. If you could have studied according to an average of 60 points for the first test, the higher the score, the better.

Applications for the housing manager certificate test can be made on the QNet website operated by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
